Dare to chew garlic?

Am yet to meet someone who really enjoys to chew garlic. Did I hear my self
say – Enjoy? What is there to enjoy in chewing a pepprish-hot awful-smelling
plant? I know some foods can leave some after taste and smell but as soon you
brush your mouth, the odour disappears but garlic’s own, no-way!
The odour will be there for hours depending on the quality of your oral hygiene.
For those who are poor in oral hygiene, the smell could last for days. Days?
Absolutely! That is garlic for you! Its always there, not begging or asking
you to eat it but very healthy. Health conscious people go out of their way
to eat it daily. Why? Why do people still eat garlic considering its embarrassing
odour? S-shee, not just embarrassing but repulsive as well!!
One can easily throw up just smelling the odour from another person’s
mouth. So what is it exactly that makes this awful smelling but powerful plant
a boost to our health? Garlic is one of the oldest well known medicinal plants
all over the world. It contains a sulphur-bearing compound called ALLICIN which
is also the chemical responsible for its pungent smell and taste. This chemical
is very therapeutic and heals lots of sickness like obesity, heart disease,
colds, prevention of high cholesterol, formation of blood clots and fighting
off lots of body infections by boosting your immune system.
Garlic is superb for women with fibroids and other tumours too. There are so many health benefits of garlic! How about reducing Wrinkles? Excellent! If only you could make it your second “Lover”. Naturally too! Not is capsules! Garlic capsules are good as well but the real thing is eating it fresh and raw! The capsules are processed so, you can not compare them with pure-natural ones you peel by yourself.
If you can stand the taste and smell, go on and boost your health. It is a wonderful plant that can neutralize all the garbbage in your entire body but please, try and maintain a good oral hygiene while you eat your garlic so, you do not embarrass yourself and people around you.
