For about ten years now, Ambassador Ahmed Al Gazali has been the chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC). During this period, the service witnessed a series of reforms, some of which have uplifted the institution. But Al Gazali, who is billed to leave the service soon, after successfully completing two terms, said one reform that did not go down well with the service was the Olusegun Obasanjo monetization policy. | Read story
