The story about Cliff – Top estate is not exactly a fresh one. What is new perhaps is that the units – 22 in number are finished and that they are enchanting and ravishing in the Niger Delta sun. They are 4 – bedroom Terrace houses built on a Cliff - Top (where it derived its name) and it is five minutes from Phase one of the Government Reservation Area (GRA) where the seat of the state of government berths it is directly opposite the state police command on Aggrey /Hospital Road.

The estate was developed by the joint venture of Omegasavings & Loans Limited, a primary mortgage institution and CSS Bookshops Limited.

An efficient maintenance system will be put in place to ensure that effective services are rendered to the residents. For this purpose, a highly professional and experienced estate management group has been contracted to provide management, security and maintenance services on 24/7 basis all year round, subject to terms of agreement between the home owners/occupiers and the management.

What is more, upon the payment of 25 percent deposit on a house, a prospective buyer may on application secure a twenty five year mortgage from a leading bank with interest friendly rate. Each unit of the Terrace houses bears a price tag of N27million but it is slight negotiable.

The estate is confined within a perimeter fence with access gates where security is mounted to screen entry of would – be visitors. Each unit is demarcated from the adjoining one with a dwarf wall fence and there is ample space for car parking. Marketing the units are the estate firms of Messrs M.I. Okoro & Associates and Ofoma Associates based in Port Harcourt while the former is based in Lagos.
The internal areas are tastefully finished with exotic and high quality vitrified tiles while the bedrooms are fitted with exquisite and body – friendly sanitary wares. The kitchen is fitted with wall to wall high quality kitchen cabinet and wall finish while the bedrooms are complemented with top grade wardrobes made from selected tropical woods.

Therefore, the housing estate offers a vantage – point view of the beautiful scenery. There is a good network of internal roads complemented with covered underground drainage system. The security system put in place is all round the clock to safeguard lives and property. Electricity is backed up with a dedicated transformer to ensure its reliability. There is potable water supply to flow in taps within the individual units. There is paved walkway and streetlights to illuminate the darkness of the night within and around the surrounding of the estate.
