As its own contribution towards alleviating the housing problem in the country, Cityscape International Limited, a private estate developer, has promised to deliver wholesome houses and service plots with first class facilities to its subscribers.
This was disclosed to journalists by the Managing Director of the company, Mr Akinwale Akinmusire in Lagos. According to him, the company was aware of the shortcomings in public housings and has resolved to make a difference.

He said that rumour thrives in the absence of information and to guard against this, the company has decided to be updating the subscribers on its activities through a periodic newsletter.
Akinmusire further said that in addition to the newsletter to be used to update the subscribers of its various estates which include Sunshine, Buena Vista, Green Acres Coral Garden and Stonegate Estates on its activities, the company has also introduced after sale services for its estates.

He enumerated some of these services to include the provision of reliable and uninterrupted power supply through an independent power project, central sewage system to handle waste water treatment and disposal treated water from a water treatment plant among others.

The company executive said that the estates would also enjoy facilities like telephone, fax, broad bank internet services, cable television and PABX intercom services through fibre optic cable network.
Other facilities include single entry/exit point manned by a security outfit with radio and regular patrols, CCTV, Access control and burglar alarm solution.

Cityscope projects are mainly located at the Lekki-Epe area of Lagos.
The Buena Vista Estate comprise three and four-bedroom and semi-detached and detached four and five-bedroom units situated on a 100 hectares of land.
The Green Acres Estate comprise of three-bedroom blocks of flats, four-bedroom detached bungalows and bungalows.
The Stonegate Estate comprise of one, two and three bedroom apartments in multiple towers.
