Eleganza Gardens offers variety in Lekki

Eleganza Gardens is an exclusive residential estate which seats on 12 – hectare land area that is covered with a certificate of occupancy. The estate is located along Lekki – Epe Expressway directly opposite Victoria Garden City (VGC). Eleganza Gardens Estate is the latest property development effort of RAO Investment Company, a subsidiary of Eleganza Group of companies.

The estate comprises 150 units of various house types including 6 – bedroom detached house, 5 – bedroom detached house, 4 – bedroom detached house, 4 – bedroom semi – detached duplex with attached 1- room servants’ quarters. It is a long list to choose from, where the prospect can berth his/her home dream.
