Eleganza Gardens is an exclusive residential estate which
seats on 12 – hectare land area that is covered with
a certificate of occupancy. The estate is located along Lekki
– Epe Expressway directly opposite Victoria Garden City
(VGC). Eleganza Gardens Estate is the latest property development
effort of RAO Investment Company, a subsidiary of Eleganza
Group of companies.
The estate comprises 150 units of various house types including
6 – bedroom detached house, 5 – bedroom detached
house, 4 – bedroom detached house, 4 – bedroom
semi – detached duplex with attached 1- room servants’
quarters. It is a long list to choose from, where the prospect
can berth his/her home dream.
There are also 4 – bedroom Town house attached with
one room boys’ quarters, blocks of 3 – bedroom
flats and blocks of 2 – bedroom flats. Some of the house
types have variants. A prospective house buyer is given a
wide range of choices that will meet their requirements for
comfort, leisure and safety.
The residential plot size varies from 394 square metres for
the 4 – bedroom semi detached Duplex (type B1) to 1500
square metres of the 4 – bedroom semi – detached
duplex (type H3). The estate has lush gardens with trees,

the duplex between N50 – 65million depending on if the
buyer wants a swimming pool or not and number of the bedrooms,
desired while the Terrace house attracts a price of N40million
but lets for N4million per annum.
