If you want to look cute and lovely, it is time to go for a dress. However, you need to know and observe a few guidelines that would make you cultivate your dress attitude. Also, your size and feature play an important role in determining the type of dress you wear.

For instance, large dress can help fat women hide those flabs, while slim women look fantastic in close fitting designs. Pale, pretty shades that look like misty watercolours have an irresistibly feminine appeal. Apricot, melon, peach, seashell, pink, lavender all help to uplift a simple dress.

If your desire is to get the soft sophisticated effect, you will get it when you wear a pair of pastel scarf with clothes in neutral tones. This includes oyster, white, beige, silver, grey, khaki and camel.

Ribbons, lace and embroidery can help beautify that dress. What make the combination work are the colour and the type of accessories you use. Always experiment. It is also important to keep in mind that the scale of your jewelry should not overpower your dress.

And remember to make the fabric inviting. Try to imagine how a nubby cotton knit would look like on you. You would also look ravishing in the liquid shimmer of flowing silk and the airy looks of open weave rayon.
