With the busy nature of city life, most ladies care little
about their feet. However, the feet should not be left out
in our everyday body maintenance. Just as the face and the
hair are cared for, the feet should get attention as well.
Caring for the feet will keep some of those unhealthy foot
conditions at bay. Pretty and well-cared feet are a big delight
to the eye.
Infact, pedicure could be one of the wonderful ways of pampering
your feet. And your hand too.
A set of perfectly groomed nails is one of the most coveted
beauty features, yet, it is difficult to maintain.
Interestingly, to get the desired result, please make use
of the salon treatment that will last you for weeks.
Tips on healthy manicure and pedicure
Buy your own manicure and pedicure kit and take it with you
when you visit your manicurist. Make sure you clean and disinfect
your manicure kit after each use, even if you are the only
one using your kit.
Check out the salon where you have your nails done. Does it
look clean and hygienic?
Are the manicure tables kept neat and tidy? Look at the disinfectant
containers. Make sure they are clean and free from dirty.
If you do not use your kit, ensure that all instruments are
cleaned and disinfected before and after use.
Make sure all files, buffers and anything else that you touch
is freshly cleared before the manicurist. Never use a towel
that is not clean for both manicure and pedicure. Clean nail
brush that is equally disinfected is available for each client.
