Not all diseases have cure

There is a consensus among medical practitioners, especially
herbal doctors, that there is cure for all diseases and ailments.
The natural doctors have premised their conclusion on the
fact that herbs and roots were created by God for human consumption
and, therefore, have the efficacy to cure all kinds of diseases.
They anchor this assertion on the successes they claim to
have achieved in curing different ailments with herbal medicine.
But a consultant in reproductive medicine has a contrary opinion.
According to the Medical Director of Saint Jude’s Men
Clinic, Lagos, Dr Ajie Chukwudifu, it is not all diseases
or health complications that could be cured because certain
in-born diseases or health implications and deficiencies could
never be treated with any kind of drug whether conventional
or orthodox.
“Most medical practitioners, especially herbal doctors,
have commonly claimed that there is cure for all kinds of
diseases and ailments, using either orthodox or natural medicine.
But they are simply and professionally wrong. Based on professional
research and my wealth of experience as a consultant in reproductive
medicine, I can categorically state that it is not all diseases,
health implications and deficiencies that can be cured either
with orthodox or conventional medicine, especially diseases
that started at birth,” Chukwudifu asserted.
The Managing Director of Difora Nigeria Limited, a herbal
drug outfit in Lagos, also analysed health complications that
result in infertility cases among men.
Not all ailments have cure
I don’t agree with the common opinion by some medical
practitioners, especially herbal doctors that there is cure
for all kinds of diseases and ailments. As far as I’m
concerned, as a consultant in reproductive medicine, there
are some cases that can not be cured. For instance, some in-born
diseases, that is, diseases that occurred right from birth
can never be cured. For example, abnormal chromosone is a
case that can never be treated. The chromosone is like a blue-print.
The normal XY chromosone determines a normal reproductive
testes or a healthy man. There are few cases where a normal
XY chromosone becomes abnormal. The cause of such abnormality
is referred to as non-disfunction during chromosonal changes.
What this means is that there is an additional X to the normal
XY chromosone and the chromosone becomes XXY.
At 18 years, the testes cannot grow again as it has become
fully matured both in length and with. But when it becomes
abnormal, that means therre is an additional X.
So, the chromosone becomes XXY which determines abnormal testes.
The testes of a man that has XXY chromosone is naturally very
small and hard. The problem with that kind of testes is that
the sperm can not develop there. Moreso, the testes is smaller
than that of a normal man. Also, people with such conditions
either have long hands or legs or acquired fats in the hip.
There is another type of abnormal chromosone whereby instead
of having additional Y, you have XYY. The additional Y basically
affects sperm production because Y represents the reproducing
area. Consequently, those who have such condition can not
produce sperm, even though they can make love.
Commonly, men in this kind of condition face the problem of
infertility but blame it on their spouse since they feel they
can have normal sexual intercourse. This kind of health complications
is a natural blueprint and does not have cure. Those who have
XXY abnormal chromosone can not have good but juvenile erection
and may not be able to make real love. Their love affair can
only be juvenile. Their case is also difficult to treat because
it is like that of a rotten wood that can not be carved.
Other incurable cases is that if the reproductive hormone
is twice higher than normal, the case is 50-50. The testes
is always very flabby or small which causes high hormone.
So, the treatment can not be highly successful.
There are natural receiptors that can also vehemently resist
treatment. The reason is that no doctor can add anything to
the chromosone. It is not possible to create, add or substract
new cells. It is only receipting cells that can receive treatment
but cells that are naturally defective cannot be treated.
One question is that, can testes receive treatment in this
condition? It is not possible. Except God who created such
people decides to reverse the case. Medically, there is no
confirmed approach to curing such cases yet.
As for me, as a consultant in reproductive medicine, and based
on my wealth of experience, research and proofs, there is
no cure for such cases. So, let’s stop deceiving the
public that there is cure for all diseases.
Abnormal cases in women
Among the women folk, there is also a case that has defied
treatment. The case is referred to as abnormal XO chromosone.
Women with this kind of chromosone do not have breasts because
it is a syndrome. Instead of XX chromosone, what they have
is XO chromosone. They are infertile. They cannot reproduce
their offspring because they don’t have the normal or
correct chromosone that can enhance reproduction.
It is a rare case because women who have such a case could
be one out of 1000 women.
Cure for infertility cases
Despite that there is no cure for abnormal chromosone such
as XXY, XYY (among men) and XO (among women) which makes fertility
impossible, there is cure for several fertility cases among
men and women. Diverse cases of infertility have been successfully
treated, after laboratory test to diagnose the nature of the
infertility as well as application of the right drugs or treatment
based on the outcome of the test. Men who had infertility
cases after undergoing such treatment have been able to produce
children.
What I do before treatment is that, I first of all take a
total overview of the infertility patient to confirm his outlook.
This is because, abnormal chromosone which is incurable can
be diagnosed based on the physical outlook of the patient.
He does not seem physically mature as a man.Their physical
features like hairs are juvenile (immature). There maybe no
need to bother about administering treatment. What works for
them in treatment is testesterone to boost their hormone for
erection which may not, however, result in fertility.
Obesity and infertility among men
It is not all obesity cases that can threaten infertility.
Obese men who do not have abnormal chromosone case can be
fertile. But hormonal-induced obesity can lead to hormonal
testicular failure and result in infertility. Men with such
obese case have pendulum abdomen.
There is cure for the case. What we do is to first of all
androgenise to make the person look mature. Though this process
takes time because the body has to first of all show maturity
before the testes can become normal. Why this case has the
chances of correction is that the testes is still receptive
to treatment, that is, even with orthodox medicine the prepheral
receiptors is receptive to it, while herbal medicine is good
for sperm production.
Low sperm count
Low sperm count has become a common health problem among men.
It is a case whereby the sperm count is less than 20 million
cells and needs urological attention. Nevertheless, there
are some cases where even 10 million with excellent motility
can still be potent enough for the fertilisation of the ovary
which can lead to pregnancy.
It is instructive that what is important in the issue of sperm
count is not the number of cells but the motility (running)
of the cells. If a man is healthy, chances are that the cells
have to run effectively, otherwise, the man with low sperm
count would find it difficult to impregnate a woman which
is the basic effect.
Cause of low-sperm count
The department of sperm production or what we also refer to
as sperm-producing area is very prone to several complications
that easily affect the efficacy of the cells, either from
the angle of testicular problem or hormone. This is because
it would first of all affect the sperm production area before
it later extends to the potency cells.
Consequently, any man who has low sperm count would first
suffer from early ejaculation. This shows that there is disorientation
in the sperm producing area.
