With slimming on the back burner these days, the skin has taken the centre stage. A glowing skin is the desire of women who want to look attractive in exotic outfits. Don’t forget we are in the bare-it-all age and a glowing skin is all it takes to get heads turning.

However, the good news is that fruits which experts call the food of life can actually add much magic to your skin. Everyday, fruits can make effective beauty treatment. From tomatoes to cucumber, you can get a supple skin at our fingertips.

Tomatoes

If you have wrinkles around your eyes, a slice of tomatoes rubbed over the area for some minutes can help minimise it. Tomatoes are used to clear spots on the face.

Paw-paw

Paw-paw is a beneficial beauty with an enzyme which removes dead cells on the skin. You can use mashed paw-paw flesh as a skin mask. For a quick cleansing, rub the flesh over the skin.

Cucumber

To relieve tired or sore eyes, place a thin slice of cucumber over each eye for about 10 minutes. The result is wonderful.

Bananas
Do you have wrinkles? Then cheer up and mash a ripe banana, add a teaspoon of honey and some lotion. It is a soothing mask for dry skin.
Aside from these, eating fruits regularly will make your skin glow.
