| Anybody who doesn’t
pay tithe is a robber

Many people misplace magic for miracles not knowing that
both are not the same. But God still performs miracles in
the lives of those who believe in Him, so said Amechi Alex,
CEO of Coefficent Builders, Nigeria Limited Consult, Lagos,
who hinted on his preparedness to meet God because everything
on earth is vanity.
Relationship with God
I have a good relationship with God because according to the
the Bible, if your spirit condemns you not, then you have
an upright position with your God. I am a born again Christian,
I do not do things that God does not like.
Believing the Bible
The Bible is a book of all books. I came into this world to
meet the Bible, I grew up believing it. Today, I believe the
Bible more than I have ever believed it. The Bible, is greater
than every other literature that man has ever written. The
Bible is an embodiment of knowledge, life, wisdom, prosperity,
righteousness.
Miracles
When you look at the religious indices about miracles, many
people have turned out to take miracles for magic. Magicians
perform magic. Magic is performed at several quarters, they
are in complete contrast with miracles but the line of demarcation
is very thin. Miracles still happen today, God is in the business
of giving people surprises, making people who believe and
those who do not believe to know that He is a living God.
It is through miracles that every man comes to believe that
there is God.
Heaven or hell
There is heaven and there is hell. I have read accounts of
so many people, who have attested to the facts either by saying
that they had died for some days or that they returned to
life sharing their experiences about what they saw in the
world beyond. Based on my knowledge of the Bible, I believe
there is heaven and there is hell.
These are mysteries that are found in the Bible. In Malachi
3:8-10, the Bible says: ‘Bring your tithe and offering
into the store house of the Lord, so that there would be meat
in the store house.’ If anyone does not do that then
the person is a robber. If I profess that I believe the Bible,
I don’t believe half of it. I believe the Bible in its
entirety, I believe that tithe and offering are ways by which
God tests our sincerity or honesty towards him as a supreme
deity. There are things that we ask of Him and when He does
them, the only way we can truly appreciate what He has done
for us is by giving Him a portion of what He gave us. As a
believer, I pay my tithe and offering, but being in the construction
industry, some times I may not know exactly how to calculate
my income as against what I give as offering. But my spirit
does not condemn me about my efforts in tithing.
Prayers
Prayer is the key and if Jesus showed an example of how we
should pray, then it means that He knows that prayers are
very important. Prayers have done a lot of things in my life,
and prayer is the key.
Meeting God
The hope of every believer is that one day, he or she would
leave this earth and join him in paradise. Philipians 4:1-6
says that Christ is coming back to rapture a church that is
without wrinkle or spot. One day, when the trumpet shall sound,
we that are living shall be transformed in the twinkle of
an eye to join the dead which shall rise first in the last
marriage supper, which would happen in the sky, and that would
be a great day, I am looking forward to that day, because
I have seen that everything on earth is vanity. If any man
does not prepare himself, for that day, I think the person
must be joking.
Re-incarnation
I grew up in the village, where there seemed to be a lot of
belief about re-incarnation but that is in contrast with what
I have read in Hebrews 9:27 which says that it is appointed
for men once to die and after that judgment follows. If judgment
would follow a man who has died once, then I do not see how
re-incarnation would take place unless we saying that re-incarnation
is not for a particular person. I would rather believe the
Bible rather than believe the philosophy of men.
