Wife
How we met

We met in my sister-in-law’s house. Then I went to visit his sister because we were close friends. When he saw me there, he took interest in me.

Courtship

We had our courtship for two years before we got married. Then after this we had our court wedding and the church wedding. We did this for God to seal our marriage with everlasting blessings.

Parents’ consent

Our parents were fully in support of the marriage. They gave their blessings earlier and waited for the church wedding when God will give his own blessing.

What has kept your relationship all these years?

God has been solemnly behind us. In addition the relationship waxed strong because of the love we have for each other.

Likes

I like everything about him .The first thing is that he is a very generous man. It was during our courtship that I realized that he was the kind of man that I dreamt of. Secondly he likes entertainment a lot.

Attraction
My husband’s appearance attracted him to me. I also admire his courage to express himself very well.

Favourite food
He likes all my meals but his favourite meal is rice.

Any regret?

I have no regret at all, because everything is in place. God has actually blessed our marriage with four children and we have a very happy home.

Husband
How we met

I met my wife through my younger sister whom I went to visit. After relating with my wife for some time, we fell in love with each other.

Attraction

Her beauty attracted me to her. But later I got attracted to so many things about her which include her gentle way of living, her submissiveness and honesty towards me, among other things.

Parents’ consent
Our parents were fully in support of the marriage. They gave their blessings and waited for God’s blessings.

Likes

I like her most for her honesty and respectful nature.

What has kept your marriage?

God has been with us all these years and also the love we have for each other.

Any regret?

No regret at all, she is the most precious thing God has given me on earth.

Advice to young couple

First, they should put God first and they should always appreciate each other. They should not allow any third person into their marriage. Wives should always be submissive to their husbands while the husbands should continue to love their wives until death put them apart.
