Wale Adenuga Productions, has decided to tackle the lingering
and harrowing effects of the monster called sexual harassments
in the nation’s tertiary institutions.
All these and many more shocking and shameful details viewers
will watch in the next series of This Life, aTV drama sensationally
entitled: Professor’s Wife.
Tested and trusted thespians like: Olumide Bakare, Oby Edozieh,
Jibola Daboh, Sam Uche Anyamele, Abiodun Majekodunmi, Ama
George and a host of others featured prominently in the drama,
which was directed by Antar Laniyan in various locations.
Aside exploring the themes of love, sincerity, success and
adequately exposing the repercussions of betrayal, lust and
desperation, the drama also juxtaposes the reckless life style
of a randy university don with that of his committed and focused
colleague.
According to Wale Adenuga, the drama’s producer, the
story was inspired by a true-life story of a lady that almost
lost her sanity after bouts of frustrations by one of her
lecturers on campus.
“We believe that this story will help strengthen the
ladies to resist and challenge such advances as well as re-orientate
randy lecturers who indulge in such acts.”
