There are strong indications that the Nigeria’s Super Eagles may not have the sole ticket to the next World Cup in South Africa on a platter of gold.

There had been serious fear over Tunisia’s inclusion in Group B. Judging from the last weekend result in faraway Nairobi, the North Africans proved they have the capability to throw spanner in Eagles’ quest to pick their fourth World Cup ticket.

The Carthage Eagles 2-1 victory over Kenya has re-enforced the fear expressed by most Nigerian soccer fans that Tunisia might turn out to be Nigeria’s big threat. The outcome of the first group matches should serve as an eye opener to the Eagles in subsequent games.

It is obvious that Nigeria and Tunisia may be heading to the wire except the Super Eagles score more goals in their home matches and also they do not concede too many goals in away matches.
