Super Eagles’ Assistant Coach, Daniel Amokachi, has declared that he is not in any way losing sleep as the new technical crew get set for their first major assignment, in an international friendly against Austria in Vienna next month.

The ex-international told brilafm.net that he had experienced a lot of pressure at the highest level of the game and is used to it, while also stating that he is excitedly looking forward to the May 27 match against the Austrians.

“Pressure is not something new in football, and we are used to it. Personally, I have seen the toughest and roughest side of football. Anything coming from football now should not be too tough for me to face and I believe I am up to the task,” Amo stated.

The Enyimba International of Aba coach, however, called for support from Nigerians, stressing that all hands must be on deck to wipe away the nightmare of missing the last World Cup and take Nigerian football to the next level.
