of the economy in 2009, the Nigerian telecommunication
sector experienced another steady revolutionary growth
that saw the historic landing of Glo 1 in September.
The 9,800 km-long undersea cable linked West Africa
to other parts of the world through the UK and Portugal,
has a current capacity of 640 gigabytes per second |
