Following the unbelievable qualification of Super Eagles to the first-ever World Cup on African soil and its attendant celebrations, one man, who has been interceding for the country in order to realise this dream, Prophet Timothy Okechukwu Ibe, says that God has not finished with the team yet.

According to Prophet Ibe, God has already revealed to him that the Super Eagles would make history in South Africa, as they would qualify for the semi-final in next year’s World Cup. The man of God made this known to Sunday Sunsport through his Personal Assistant, Pastor Moses Okonkwo, via a press release.

The man, who saw tomorrow, in the press release, reminded Nigerians that it was in his ministry’s ‘Mount Carmel Night’ on November 7 that he revealed to the nation the message from the throne of grace, as it concerned the Eagles’ World Cup qualification.
His words: "It was at the Mount Carmel Night that I gave out a Press Release titled: ‘At last, Super Eagles qualify for 2010 World Cup’, in which I vehemently promised to deliver the World Cup ticket to the over 140 million Nigerians. Through that release, I made the following promises:

That Super Eagles of Nigeria will defeat Harambee Stars of Kenya 3–0.
That Mambas of Mozambique will defeat Carthage Eagles of Tunisia 2–1. As a result, Super Eagles of Nigeria will gallantly qualify for the 2010 World Cup.
That I have already seen Super Eagles of Nigeria qualify for the semi-finals of the 2010 World Cup.
That the sports-loving President of Nigeria should make adequate preparations to host the gallant Super Eagles as they return with the 2010 World Cup ticket.

That the over 140 million Nigerians, whose prayers touched God to grant this mercy, should put on their dancing shoes to celebrate the resurrection of ‘the dead and buried 2010 World Cup ticket.’
"As you all may bear me witness, all these promises were delivered except the accuracy of the scorelines, which are considerably insignificant to the main issue, which is delivering the lost World Cup ticket to Nigerians."
Speaking further, the Prophet said it was in his tradition that whenever his prophecies fail to come out exactly the way he prophesied them, he would make out time to explain why things came the way we saw them and that’s why he’s explaining why God altered the scorelines of Nigeria versus Kenya match from 3–0 to 3–2 in favour of Nigeria and 2–1 in Mozambique versus Tunisia match to 1–0 in favour of Mozambique.

According to him, God altered the result because some people used the scoreline he gave to go into betting and all manner of gambling. He said God altered the results to punish those who wanted to use his work to glorify the ‘kingdom of darkness’.
"Whenever my prophecies seem to be inaccurate, I usually create time to explain the circumstances that influenced such predictions. Although the six goals I prophesied were recorded, and the three goals by Super Eagles were scored and also the one goal advantage by Mozambique over Tunisia was equally recorded, the only alteration was the two goals by Kenya.
"There are three major reasons Kenya scored in their game against Nigeria. First, God wanted to make it clear to those who disobeyed Him to understand that Kenya, with all their crises, would have beaten Super Eagles black and blue if not for His mercies and intervention through His prophet.

"However, when I released the scorelines, I forgot to warn against anybody using them for selfish ends, such as betting of any kind. I was informed that when Kenya scored their goals, there was fracas in some quarters as a result of betting people entered into. I personally witnessed one of the betting fracas in front of my residence. A man wrote me from Italy suggesting that since I could forecast football results accurately, he would like to partner with me to use his organisation to attract millions of dollars.
"I was so sad when I realised how the scorelines given by God to give me absolute assurance that Super Eagles would qualify for the 2010 World Cup in spite of their disobedience were converted by greedy and ungodly individuals to glorify the devil.

"As you must know, anybody, who wants to make heaven must not get involved in any form of gambling. But could you believe that many Nigerians, who read my published results in the newspapers concerning previous matches, especially those of the recent games in Abuja on October 11 and believed in my predictions had to call my PA to lament on how much they lost through betting in the form of ‘predict and win’, ‘baba Ijebu’ and so on. And it was because of those ungodly acts that God decided to twist the scorelines to remain the all-knowing God he is."

Prophet Ibe, therefore, warned that dire consequences await those who constitute themselves as stumbling blocks to God’s will by not doing what he directs our football managers to do.
He again maintained, as he had said earlier, that one of the conditions God gave football authorities in the country if they want Super Eagles to go far at the World Cup in South Africa, was that they must recruit Clemence Westerhof to take the national team to the World Cup. According to him, the country’s football managers’ refusal to listen to God’s instruction would not go unpunished in no distant time.

He equally criticised the President General of Nigerian Football Supporters Club, Dr Rafiu Ladipo, for not keeping the appointment he had with him for them to fine-tune thing for the benefit of Nigerian football.
The Prophet stated that most of our national teams failed to make an appreciable impact in recent time except the Super Eagles, who picked a World Cup ticket, which he said was because the God of RPMI (Resurrection Power Ministry International) is involved in the Eagles’ project, even when all hope was lost.
