Ahead of the 2019 general elections, stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta North Senatorial district have expressed confidence that the party would dislodge the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from power in the state.

The stakeholders hinged their optimism on what they described as total reconciliation of their differences in Delta North senatorial district of the state.

Senatorial leader of the party, Mr. Hyacinth Enuha said the peace move by stakeholders in Delta North was a precursor to the general peace moves aimed at resolving the lingering crisis bedeviling the party in the state.

Enuha told journalists after a closed door meeting of the party stakeholders held in Ogwashi-Uku that the respective political actors have accepted their mistakes and have embraced peace for the overall good of the party.

The party chieftain said the stakeholders who met included the chairmen and secretaries of the party at the nine local government areas of Delta north.
