Contrary to the promise I made in last week’s column I will not comment on the conduct and outcome of the presidential election of penultimate Saturday, February 23, in this piece. The reason is the announcement by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar that he will challenge the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari at the Election Tribunal.

I will write on this at the appropriate time. But before the tribunal rules on her husband’s petition, I give kudos to Chief (Mrs.) Titi Abubakar, who provided a large sum of money for the purchase of three cows used during the 61 – day fasting exercise and the feeding allowance for 61 clerics involved.

The problem was her inability as the Lord insisted to get her husband to send a heart – gladdening amount to the priests a week before the electionn since he was the one on whose behalf they fasted. She pleaded to do it for him and the leader of the clerics gave the go – ahead. But the Lord said the amount of N183, 000 which came to N3, 000 per cleric was too little and unacceptable to him.

The lesson I have learnt from the Atiku matter is that once the candidate to be prayed for refuses to provide money for the exercise, the wife should not be allowed to act for him. Chief Moshood Abiola personally provided all the money for the two cows and 41 Muslim clerics who prayed for him to win the June 12, 1993 poll.

Now to the allegations made against me by Gasali which I published in last week’s column. These are his puerile claims that I worship idols, not the God served by Christians and Muslims and that I went on my own to tell late Chief Abiola and Alhaji Atiku that they were the Lord’s candidate for the presidential election of 1993 and 2019 respectively. And that it was not the Heavenly Father who sent me to them. His third lie and an insult, is that I do not qualify to write a column in any newspaper, let alone in the “Daily Sun, one of the foremost newspapers in Nigeria.”

Gasali responded to my article of Wednesday, February 13 on Saturday, the 16th, which was three days later. This suggests that he is not someone who has money to buy a newspaper and only stumbled on my piece when he met someone who had the copy. If he read it online it means that he cannot do so on his phone and got to read my column when he had N50 or N100 to visit a cybercafé.

This explains why he does not know of the incontestable proofs or facts I had provided in this column about six times in the last nine years, including last year, that I have had the grace of speaking one – to – one with Almighty God since Tuesday, February 18, 1969. In other words, I have been doing so for 50 years now, just as Prophet Moses, Jesus Christ and the Apostles did in the Holy Bible and which is confirmed in the Book of Numbers Chapter 12: 1 – 16 as a rare privilege granted to a few people in any generation since creation.

This is why Gasali is not aware of the story I told in 2010 on the Heavenly Father during a spiritual retreat in Ado – Ekiti, telling Chief Abiola’s personal physician, Dr. Ore Falomo and I, on Saturday, September 24, 1994 that He caused the June 12, 1993 presidential election won by his patient to be annulled. Because Abiola disobeyed His order to send unfailingly by June 14 his reward to the 41 Muslim clerics He raised in Ado – Ekiti and who facilitated his victory with 41 – day fasting and prayer exercise.

He did so on June 15 and sent the paltry sum of fifty thousand naira (N50, 000), which came to one thousand two hundred naira (N1, 200) per individual. Although the Lord did not give any specific amount He had told Abiola to send the money that would be of joy to the clerics.

When he won the primaries of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Jos in March 1993, he had sent one hundred and twenty – three thousand naira (N123, 000) to the 41 clerics, which was three thousand naira (N3, 000) per person. On his own, he also added another twenty thousand (N20, 000) for the clerics to buy two cows for another 41 – day fasting and prayer exercise for him to win the presidential election on June 12.

In sending me to Chief Abiola on May 4, the Lord had said by the evening of Sunday, June 13, that he would have heard from field reports from his party agents that he had won the election. And that he should ensure his reward reached the 41 Muslim clerics in Ado – Ekiti latest by 11:59pm on Monday, June 14. Not a second after 12 in the morning of June 15.

I was in Chief Abiola’s house in the evening of June 13 and around when reports came in from all over the country, except Taraba state. With the news that he had won everyone started congratulating him, calling him My President – Elect or Mr. President – Elect.

When the opportunity came I moved over to remind him of the Lord’s message that his gratitude offering must compulsorily reach the Ado – Ekiti clerics the following day. But to my surprise Chief Abiola’s reply was that so many clerics across Nigeria and the world prayed for his success. And that the Ado – Ekiti Muslim priests cannot say their efforts in particular made him win the election. And that they cannot give him the deadline to send gratitude offering to them. Asking me, what is the difference between 14 and 15 or Saturday and Sunday in sending them my reward.

He told me to come for the money the following day. I was at his residence before 8am on Monday, June 14 but he did not hand over the money to me until about 9pm, some 13 hours later.

I travelled to Ado – Ekiti in the morning of the next day and on getting to the Holy Spot in the town, the Heavenly Father told the leader of the clerics and I that Abiola would never be the president of Nigeria for sending the little amount of N50, 000 to the 41 clerics. And for doing so on June 15 instead of the 14th as He had directed. The election was annulled by the Federal Military Government of General Ibrahim Babangida eight days later, on Wednesday, June 23.

It is now nine years that I have been writing on the visit of Dr. Falomo and I to Ado – Ekiti but not once has he refuted my story that the Lord told us He caused the election to be cancelled, a clear evidence that what I wrote was true.
