The international President of Master Seed Solidarity Movement, Arch Bishop David Okafoagu, has warned the federal government, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and other relevant agencies not to suppress the will of the people at the poll during the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

Okafoagu stated this at the just concluded one day prayer and summit with the theme, “God Is Totally In Control of Nigeria”, which took place at Awka the Anambra State capital.
According to him, the youths have been possessed by spirits of the slain innocent women, children and youths as a result of the unjustified killings in different parts of the country. “I want to tell you that what is happening in Nigeria now, is not man- made, it is spiritual. God has raised the spirit of the young men killed and buried in the North, South, East and West. He has pushed their spirits into the Nigerian youths and that is what is happening”.
He also called on the people of Anambra State to stand solidly behind Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s developmental programs geared towards transforming the State to a first choice destination for good governance.
While delivering his sermon drawn from the book of Esther, he admonished traditional leaders and Christians to market them by preparing themselves for opportunity through the meticulous practice of the teachings of the bible as illustrated by Esther and Modeciah”.

Okafoagu also called on the governor to make himself readily available to the citizenry and press for effective feed back as against surrounding himself with people he described as sycophants he alleged to be the major impediment in the implementation of his well thought policies in the state. “Immediately the person is elected, they would take over his friends, eyes, legs hearing and in fact, they don’t allow him to read Newspapers or watch television. They just pass whatever they want to him”.
The event was part of the activities to mark the Bishop’s birthday through Bishops and Christians alike from the 21 Local Government Areas. It was also organised to have a special prayer for the State and the country at large ahead of the 2023 general elections.
