From Ndubuisi Orji, Abuja

The Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP), screening panel for the presidential primary has disqualified two of the 17 presidential aspirants.

However, the chairman of the panel, David Mark, who stated this, while briefing journalists, on the outcome of the screening exercise, did not disclose the names of the disqualified aspirant.

Mark said the disqualified aspirants would forfeit the N40 million they paid for the Expression of Interest and nomination Forms. He added that the panel would submit its report to the party immediately.

However, the disqualified aspirants can appeal against their disqualification.
