The accused of no fixed address is standing trial on a count charge of rape.
The plea of the accused was not taken.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr Adesoji Adegboye, ordered the remand of the accused and adjourned the case until June 18 for mention.
The prosecutor, Insp. Johnson Okunade, told the court that the accused committed the offence on April 17 in Ire-Ekiti.
