The Daily Sun exclusively gathered that the three aspirants concluded their plans after a closed door meeting with State Working Committee of the party, on Thursday.
According to a reliable source in the party, the three aspirants opted for SDP because of its people oriented manifesto, and grassroots support.
Further, the aspirants said the SDP is the now most credible party in the state with formidable party structures at the grass root and better chances of winning the Governorship election in the State and other elective positions in the forthcoming general election.
The aspirants had vowed to invest every available human and material resource within their disposal to make sure SDP win the governorship seat in 2019.
