A building under construction in Gwarinpa District of Abuja has collapsed with many feared trapped under its rubbles. There are claims that some of those trapped may have died.
The building, located on highbrow 7th Avenue in Gwarinpa, caved in on Thursday.
According to witnesses, people were still trapped in the rubble at the time of this report.
“Just witness a poor collapse of an ongoing construction building in Gwarinpa, Abuja, 4th Avenue. People are trapped inside. Please, help inform all necessary agencies,” a tweet by one of the witnesses read.
