Governor Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State, has charged National Youths Corps Service (NYSC)  members deployed to the state to accepts their posting to the state as an act of God.

The Governor, who stated this while addressing batch B stream II corps members,  said that his administration would do everything in its  power to support corps members in the state and ensure the state is a home to all of them.

Governor Bagudu, represented by his Deputy, Col. Samaila Dabai (rtd), said the corps members should utilise the peaceful environment and friendly citizens in the state to excel during their one year service.

He said: ” I therefore, enjoin you all to accept your posting to the state as an act of God, report to your duties without fear or intimidation, rather,you should equip yourselves with courage, determination, love and understanding and put behind you agitating, worries, fear of unknown when you were posted to the state and I assured you that you will find Kebbi State as home away from home .

The Governor advised them to ensure that all the drills, traditional lecture, security lectures and other training received in the camp have positive impacts in their life and change their thought for progress .

He charged the youth’s corps member to fully integrate themselves into their various new posting environment and transform their host communities through their community development service.
