Wife of Osun Governor, Titilola Adeleke, has called on women and women groups in the state to rally round her husband, Ademola, to succeed.
She made the call in Osogbo as she received a delegation comprising members of Osun State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Women Leaders, members of National Women Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) and State Coordinators led by Yeye Adenike Shobajo.
She assured that the administration led by her husband would bring positive changes as he had already begun to work to address the problems of the state.
“Under my husband’s watch, Osun State and its people are guaranteed of growth and progress that can only be associated with light. His Excellency has promised to build strong and enduring partnerships with relevant stakeholders to innovatively tackle and solve the problems of poverty, illiteracy, disease, and poor healthcare and infrastructure in our dear State,” she said. While emphasizing the value of women in the society, Mrs. Adeleke assured the delegates that she was committed on her part to supporting and promoting every programme that is targeted at growth and development of women and youths in the state.
“I’m more than certain that I would enjoy the support of our great women not just at the state level but at the national level. We’re all committed to working together to secure the victory of our great party at the polls in February and March 2023.”
