Wife the President, Mrs. Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, is scheduled to address the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA)’s High Level Meeting on Tuberculosis, where she will speak on issues of increased political commitment, funding and robust partnerships.

Mrs. Buhari left Abuja, yesterday, with her husband, to New York, the United States of America, for UNGA’s 73rd Session. She will address the meeting on Wednesday.

Her Director of Information, Suleiman Haruna, said she will also speak at a Gala Dinner organised to celebrate Global TB champions, celebrities and TB survivors, a day before the high-level meeting.

Haruna said the 21st Summit of Organisation of African First Ladies against AIDS (OAFLA) General Assembly, which could not hold at Mauritania earlier in the year, will hold during UNGA.  On the sidelines of OAFLA, Mrs. Buhari will attend a number of high-level events including a Stakeholders Meeting on Breast and Cervical Cancers in Africa and another on HIV as well as a strategic planning workshop for First Ladies and their Technical Advisers.

She was appointed Global TB Champion by the Stop TB Partnership and Special Ambassador for the elimination of mother to child transmission of HIV by Joint United Nations Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS) in recognition of her work in health advocacy.

Isn’t it a scandal and also ill-advised that our Dear First Lady, Haja Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, must travel all the way to New York,USA, to address the UN on Tuberculosis, while here at home ,we Nigerians are faced with multifarous and more serious and pressing problems.
Come to think about that,in Madam Buhari’s Islamic North are well over 15000000
    Almajiris; so called beggars,street urchins,gutter and under-bridge dewellers ,
who clog the streets of Cities and Towns of the North daily, from sun rise to sun set in
search of some grubs to fill their empty stomachs.
In our First Lady’s Islamic North also, are over a million Indigenous Christian minorities
in various IDPs and another half a million driven across our borders to Cameroon,
    Chad and Niger Republic.
The above are more pressing and urgent problems to be addressed here at home than
the case of Madam Buhari’s gobble – de- gook Address before the UN, which of
course is purely a responsibility of WHO to manage and Madam Buhari isn’t a member
    of the Officials of WHO.
That sum of our taxpayers’ money ( or rather our N’Delta oil money) in financing
Madam Buhari’s trip to the UN,could have better been used in feeding many a hungry
    mouths in Nigeria.
What a waste of our Biafran oil money,Lol!
Another pressing problem confronting us Nigerians is our ever exploding and uncontrollable demography.Madam Aisha Buhari’s Fulani lecherous male folks with
their polygamous life-style marry half a dozen wives and they father scores of children
    to be Almajiris.
Why can’t our First Lady lead a campaign for family planning of one-man-one -woman and also, her muslim families should learn to produce the number of children they can
    afford to take care of.
Apropos Tuberculosis;it is but Madam Buhari’s Fulani Zebu Cows(Bos indicus),which are the biological vector of Mucobacterium Tuberculosis Bacterium, which causes TB
    in human.
All those Millions of Fulani Zebu Cows, which are unvaccinated against TB are indeed
reservoirs of Mucobacterium Tuberclosis Bacterium. The injestion of Fulani Zebu beef
especially, ”soya” or roasted beef ,can lead to TB infection.
Our Fulani First Family is reputed to be currently owning well over, 270 unvaccinated Zebu Cows.
Thus,Madam Buhari and her family are directly responsible for the spread of TB in
    Nigeria.
I wish somebody out there should pleas remind our dear First Lady that ‘Charity
    begins at home Jahre!
