As the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Rotimi OdunayoAkeredolu (SAN) marked his first one hundred days in office,former National Secretary of the Labour Party, Dr. Kayode Ajulo, has expressed satisfaction for the good note on which he has started governance in the state.

Ajulo, in a statement personally signed said, “he is laying the foundation of a better future for Ondo State,” just as he tasked him for greater performance in the days ahead.

The former LP scribe said, “from what we have seen Arakunrin done in about his one hundred days in office, we can’t but admit the Governor is laying the foundation of a better future for Ondo State.”

According to him, within such short period of time, the governor has given governance a new meaning and rekindled the hope of the people for a better tomorrow, adding that, “today, the people can look forward to the future with hope and unflinching optimism.”

The LP chieftain, who is also a lawyer as Akeredolu said, “the Governor deserves our commendation for how he has been able to pay the salary of the state’s public servants five times since his assumption of office in February till date.”

Ajulo further said that, “another place where he has shown a good sign is settling the crisis in State House of Assembly, placing premium in Agriculture sector” enthusing that, “with what the governor has started in that sector, the glory of the state in agriculture will not only be brought back, but thousands of employment opportunities would have also been created.”

In his opinion, Ajulo felt the governor was lucky to have met development he could build on, on ground, asserting that the people of Ondo state are in for great time, based on dedication, commitment and determination Akeredolu has demonstrated in taking the state to the next level.
