Once in a year the entire body of Christ under the umbrella of Christian Association of Nigeria in Lagos comes together, usually in the month of February to worship and praise Jesus in thanksgiving.

“It is a time to specially thank God, for the peace and prosperity of the sate, our own Jerusalem. We also take time to pray for our dear nation, Nigeria. This year’s programme is particularly noteworthy and historic. Our beloved executive governor, the first Christian governor will be our special guest of honour.”

According to him: “At the Lagos and national CAN, and as children of God, we are praying for him. People have been saying all manners of things, you can’t bury a man until he is dead and our president will not die in the name of Jesus.”

Commenting on the loot recovery going on in Nigeria, Bamgbola urged the government to judiciously use the monies for the good of the people to avoid facing God’s judgment.
