Mercy expressed that through the training the income of the fish farmers has increased; “In the agricultural sector, Senator Stella Oduah has impacted a lot. Through the sponsorship of training on aquaculture and fish farming/management and processing, many fish farmers in the Constituency have acquired new knowledge on how the system operates.
