Whenever the All Progressives Congress (APC) government at the Federal level announces that she has achieved or rather defeated something technically, it shows that it is not over. Before now, Nigerians were told by President Muhammadu Buhari and the military that “Boko Haram terrorists have been technically defeated.” Since this anouncement was made, has Boko Haram stopped killing? Are they no more bombing? Are they no more holding Chibok girls hostage? Note that one of the promises made by President Buhari during his campaign rallies was to defeat Boko Haram terrorists completely and not technically. Why has he done it technically instead of completely as he promised?

Therefore, I can now see why Nigerians are complaining, I can now see why the Federal Government can seek a court order to re-arrest the leader of the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu but the same government cannot order for the arrest of Arewa youths that called for eviction of Igbo residing in the northern part of the country. I can now see why my petition against the Industrial Training Fund is still pending at the EFCC head office in Abuja. I can now see why Nigerians are angry, I can now see why Nigerians are hungry, I can now see why Nigerians are suffering, I can now see why Nigerians are agitating, I can now see why Nigerians are calling for restructuring, I can now see why Arewa youths issued quit notice to Igbo, I can now see why Fulani herdsmen have joined Boko Haram terrorists to massacre Nigerians, I can now see why the education sector is not improving, I can now see why health care services are still poor, I can now see why  corrupt APC members cannot be arrested by EFCC, I can now see why prostitution business is booming, I can now see why men of the Nigeria Police Force cannot prevent Arewa youths from protesting but can prevent Charly Boy and his members of “Our Mumu Don Do”.

However, if the Buhari administration can immediately start doing things completely and not technically, the above listed issues and more won’t be experienced again. After that, understanding, peace, love, unity and development can be achieved. Note that the word “technically” is presented and explained here based on how it has been used by the  administration in the fight against Boko Haram terrorists.
