The publisher of The Street Journal magazine and Ibadan-based businessman, Mogaji Wole Arisekola has appealed to Nigerians to join him and his team of prayer warriors in continuation of prayers for the victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the February, 25 election.
The celebrity media guru says the prayer session which kicked off six days ago has been going on live between 12 midnight till 2am on Ticktok handle, “Mogaji Wole Arisekola”. According to him Alfa Kewuyemi Agba, Sheik Idris Almohood, Sheik Omoeleha Agba and host of others are among the Islamic clerics who have been involved in the spiritual exercise.
In his words: “We started this prayer programme since six days ago and I’m really impressed with the kind of energy and commitment seen in Alfa Kewuyemi Agba, Sheik Idris Almohood, Sheik Omoeleha Agba and host of others. The programme runs between 12 midnight till 2am on my Ticktok handle, Mogaji Wole Arisekola. By Friday night we would also have great men of God of Christian faith to join in the prayer vigil live on Ticktok.” Mogaji said.
Arisekola added that the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential standard bearer, Asiwaju Tinubu, will not disappoint Nigerians if given the opportunity to lead the country in 2023 and that he is the best man for the job.
He as well described Tinubu as a trusted and tested leader who had touched lives and redefined leadership in and out of political positions.
He further stressed that Tinubu was a builder of men and actualiser of dreams, saying he would put the country on the path of progress if he emerged as president .
“Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is a great leader who has impacted lives and who has done so much to build a better Nigeria. We have no doubt he will not disappoint if he emerges president in 2023,” he said
Continuing: “We have embarked upon this prayer session in honour of our principal and our mentor; he has unfolded his ambition to become the president of the country by the grace of God he will record landslide victory.
“We are handing over all our affairs to God so that He can guide us and grant our request so that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu can be President to continue to do what he knows how to do best, which is developing people, building capacity and developing society”, Wole Arisekola stated.
