Ahead of the 2023 African Basketball League, the organiser has announced the three venues where all matches would be played, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

Twelve (12) clubs including Nigeria’s Kwara Falcons have qualified for the competition slated to begin next year.

Dakar, Cairo and Kigali are once again chosen to host the meetings of this 3rd edition, with the knockout matches to be held in Kigali just as in 2021 and 2022.

The Sahara Conference will be competing from March 11 to 21, 2023, in Dakar. The Egyptian capital Cairo will host the Nile Conference teams (April 26 – May 6, 2023). The Finals will take place May 21-27 at the 10,000-seat Bank Kigali Arena.

Ticket sales will be launched in early 2023, fans can already show their interest in the event through the competition site. The BAL is planning a major marketing campaign to attract basketball fans from all over the world.

The 2022 BAL season featured players from 23 countries across Africa, Europe and the United States.
