He holds a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Edo State College of Education, Benin (2012).
He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Benin (2016) and a Master of Science in Mathematics Education from the same institution (2022).
Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics Education at the University of Georgia, USA.
But Ugiagbe’s story goes beyond academic achievements. He is the founder and CEO of PhenomenalBreed LLC, a company specializing in study abroad, scholarship, and immigration services.
Through his organization, he has guided individuals through the complex process of obtaining admissions, securing scholarships, processing study permits, and landing lucrative job opportunities abroad.
When asked about his motivation, Ugiagbe shared, “My challenges and observations while trying to relocate abroad fueled my passion.
After a season of trial and error, I realized that many Nigerians lacked access to or knowledge about scholarship opportunities overseas.”
“Moreover, numerous individuals were losing money due to scams or uninformed attempts.”
Since its inception in March 2020, PhenomenalBreed LLC has achieved remarkable milestones.
They have assisted hundreds of people in securing admissions and fully funded university scholarships in the United States.
Additionally, they have successfully processed admissions and study permits for 72 individuals heading to Canada and have paved the way for 13 people to embark on care jobs in the UK.
Looking ahead, Ugiagbe and PhenomenalBreed LLC have ambitious plans. They aim to expand their reach, ensuring even more Nigerians have the knowledge and resources to access global opportunities.
The organization is actively working to establishing partnerships with more universities and institutions globally.
It’s rolling out comprehensive pre-departure training programs and launching an awareness campaign to educate individuals about safe and legitimate paths to studying and working abroad.
