No fewer than five persons have been killed by Boko Haram near a mosque in Maiduguri.
The insurgents attacked a mosque at a sprawling settlement in Maiduguri during early morning prayers on Saturday.
Eyewitnesses said five bodies were evacuated from the scene while some people were injured. A suicide bomber also detonated explosives around the area.
