Boroffice pledges support for Tunji-Ojo’s continuity

Lawmaker representing Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has paid a courtesy visit on the Senator representing Ondo North District, Prof Ajayi Boroffice, in his office in Abuja while pledging support for him.

 

During the courtesy visit, issues relating to the development and growth of Akoko land were discussed by both lawmakers

 

According to Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, his mission at the National Assembly is to ensure that the interest of his people and Akoko land in general are well protected and advanced.

 

While appreciating the Deputy Senate leader for his leadership qualities, one which he stated that is worthy of emulation. He also used the occasion to clarity the rumors that he aims to contest for a Senatorial spot.

 

In his words, “I have no interest in contesting for any Senatorial position as I am only committed to my primary duty which is to represent his constituency.”

 

Boroffice, in his remarks, commended Tunji-Ojo for his laudable strides through proper representation and legislation.

 

He also assured Tunji-Ojo of his continual support. In his words, “what you have done so far is impressive and we must ensure the continuity of your mandate as you represent a beacon of hope and good tidings for our people.”
