The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has said there was no primary election in Lagos State, on Tuesday.

The party’s governorship primaries were billed to hold at ward levels across the state, on Tuesday.

But PREMIUM TIMES learnt the panel is saying that it had not sent anyone to the local governments to monitor the primaries.

Already, results of the voting had been announced at several wards in the state but the panel urged the public to disregard such announcements.

Definitely Abuja is on a mission o hijack APC Lagos from Tinubu. It is clear that Ambode has lost totally in the election so far. For example he had 2 while Sanwo has 14000. Tue video is there for everybody to see. If Ambode is leading and it is cancelled, people will say Tinubu want to rig. Now it is the other way round. Tinubu should be wary of the subtilty of Abuja.

Abuja is really after Tinubu. If Ambode is the one winning and it is cancelled this way, people will say Tinubu wants to rig. 14000 vs 2 votes in Alimoso is an indication that Ambode is gone since this is repeated in other wards
