President Muhammadu Buhari has received Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, after he was presented with his Certificate of Return by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) earlier on Thursday.
The newly re-elected Governor was led to the Presidential Villa by the National an of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.
