The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)  has arraigned Ex-militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, in absentia.

He was arraigned at the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos and presided over by Justice Mohammed Buba.

The EFCC  raised a 22 count charge against the ex-militant and Daily Sun learnt that there was no need to plead guilty or not guilty as the court assumed that he was guilty hence his decision to evade justice.
