The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has declared the suspended head of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT), Abba Kyari wanted for belonging to an international drug cartel.
Kyari, a deputy commissioner of police who has refused to honour the invitation by the NDLEA was equally wanted for pushing illicit drugs.
