Governors Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State have both arrived in Asaba, the Delta State capital for a secret meeting with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
The two governors arrived in Asaba at 2:00p.m. and drove straight into the venue of the meeting.
