The suspected mastermind of the October 1, 2010 bombing in Abuja, Charles Okah is said to be allegedly confined in solitary, according to online medium, Sahara Reporters.
Okah has remained in prison custody after his arrest by security operatives.
Sources within the Kuje prison said Okah is currently handcuffed, leg-chained and put in solitary confinement by authorities since Monday, January 23.
It was also gathered that Okah is not allowed to receive visitors at the facility.
This ‘punishment’, SaharaReporters said comes on the heels of the suspicion that Okah allegedly exposed death and sufferings of inmates to a radio station through a third party.
Sources said, there are suspicions that Okah trained one of the guests of an Abuja radio station to pretend to be a former inmate.
The alleged former inmate was said to have narrated horrific prison experience on the radio show, causing discord and panic with high ranking prison officials.
