Felix noted that Atiku had assured that his policy objectives will focus on demonstrating the potential of the entertainment and creative industry, including the promotion of both Nollywood and Kannywood movie industries.

On why entertainers must support Atiku, seasoned filmmaker, Zeb Ejiro, who is also the vice-chairman, advisory committee, said the current administration neglected the creative industry, forgetting that the industry equally plays a large role in growing the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the country. He said with the coming of the PDP candidates at both the presidential and gubernatorial levels, the creative industry would take its stands in terms of legal and technical infrastructures that would create an enabling environment for practitioners in the industry to thrive.
