England international midfielder Dele Alli has extended his contract with Tottenham Hotspur until 2024.
As reported by Sportsmail last week, talks over an extension to his deal, which would have expired in 2022, have been ongoing for months.
Although the wages in his new deal have not yet been disclosed, it will see Alli net a hefty pay rise on his current deal worth £50,000-per-week – taking his weekly wage closer to £100,000.

Alli joined Spurs from MK Dons as a teenager in 2015 and has been a fixture in the first team ever since.
He has scored 48 goals in 153 competitive matches for Spurs, and his new deal provides a major boost for Mauricio Pochettino’s team.
Although the 22-year-old is yet to win a major trophy with the north London club, he was named PFA Young
Player of the Year in each of his first two Spurs seasons and has been a key member of a squad now established in the Premier League top four.
He was also a key member of Gareth Southgate’s England squad which reached the World Cup semi-finals, scoring in the 2-0 quarter-final victory over Sweden.
He also won the 2015-16 Premier League goal of the season for a stunning volley against Crystal Palace.
This featured in a video of his best moments which was published on Spurs’ Twitter page to announce the new deal, which runs for almost six years until the summer of 2024
