The most anticipated Democracy Heroes Award Africa(DHAA) had few hours ago confirmed the nomination of Sir Billy O. Okoye, the GGM Crude Oil in the Marketing Division of the Nigeria National Petroleum Commission. According to reports, Sir Billy O. Okoye will be honoured with “Best Administrator of the Year” at the the forthcoming DHAA 2021, alongside other confirmed Nominees.
The prestigious award ceremony which will be held on the 10th of June 2021 at Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja is themed “Unity the Alternative for Peace: Experience the Power of Unity”. Other confirmed Nominees for DHAA 2021 includes HE Gov. Yahaya Bello, Timipre Sylva, HE. Mr. Dave Umahi, Sen Hadi Sirika, Sen Kaita and other notable Personalities in Nigeria and across Africa.
Speaking exclusively with the Principal Executive of DHAA 2021, King Fajag Ajagbonna, he congratulated Sir. Billy O. Okoye for his nomination, stressing that it was indeed meritorious, considering his earnest contributions in areas of promoting development for the advancement of Nigeria’s democracy.
However, Democracy Heroes Awards has remained one of the most outstanding award ceremony, hosted in Abuja, with a vision to encourage, motivate, honour and recognised those who have made extra efforts towards ensuring the consistent improvement in the dividends of Nigeria’s developing democracy.
