Nasarawa State Governor  Abdullahi  Sule has retained Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe as his running mate in the 2023 Governorship election.

Sule announced the choice of Akabe during a courtesy call by leaders of the Alago Nation Wednesday at the Government House, Lafia.

He described the Deputy Governor, Dr. Akabe as a professional, who is loyal and very honest.

Sule then charged the Alago Nation whom he said is blessed, to stay with the All-Progressives Congress, APC and to support the party at all times.

Highlight of the event was the formal presentation of the nomination form to Dr Emmanuel Akabe in the presence of the Chairman of the  State working Committee of the APC, Dr. John D.W Mamman and other members of the committee.
