Turkey meat vegetable sauce is quite amazing. It is an alternative to conventional tomato stew. It is not difficult to prepare. Just follow these simple steps
•Sliced fresh tomatoes.
•Sliced fresh pepper
•Meat seasoning spice
•Green bell paper (Chopped)
•Salt to taste
•Start by parboiling the turkey meat with seasoning cubes, beef seasoning spice of your choice, sliced onions, and salt to taste.
•Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, then add a little water and cook till the meat softens
•Wash and slice the tomatoes, pepper, onions, carrot, green pepper and set them aside in a plate while the meat boils.
•When the meat is done, set your cooking pot on heat, add vegetable oil, allow to heat before adding the sliced tomato/pepper/onions.
•Allow to fry and dry for the next 10-15 minutes, remember to stir occasionally to avoid burning.
•Add the cooked meat, carrot, green pepper, and stir.
•Taste for salt and see if you would need to add more salt and seasoning cube
•Allow to simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
•Serve with white boiled rice.
