Movement for the Actualisation and Sustenance of Good Governance in Anambra State (MASSGA) has described former chairman of the Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources (Downstream), Uche Ekwunife, as the best candidate to represent Anambra Central in the Red Chamber.

Speaking to newsmen in Awka, recently, MASSGA President, Agbachukwu Ezeife, described Ekwunife as “the best legislator Anambra state has produced so far.”

Agbachukwu who is the son of former Anambra governor, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife.

He also said the numerous achievements and projects attracted to the state by Ekwunife, when she was in the House of Representatives, and also, during her short stay in the Senate, sets her apart from other aspirants and makes her the ideal candidate to represent Anambra Central in the senate. 

He said his group, MASSGA, after a careful scrutiny of all the candidates angling to represent the Central in the Senate settled for Ekwunife having known her as a goal-getter and a purpose driven legislator.

“Ekwunife is likely to win because the people trust her,” he added.
