The umbrella socio-cultural organisation of the people of Edo Central Senatorial District, Esan Mega Forum has concluded plans to mark the third edition of the Esan National Day celebration. This was made known in a press release signed by the forum’s president, Prince Innocent Omozokpia. In the release, the Uromi-born royal prince confirmed that  this year’s edition of  Esan National Day has been scheduled to hold on December,27,2020 in the country home of the former governor of the defunt Bendel state, Prof. Ambrose Folorunsho Alli in the university town of Ekpoma,  Edo State.

The pan-Esan event which seeks to promote Esan tradition, arts culture and strengthen the bond of unity amongst Esan  people is organized by  Esan Mega Forum, the apex -and the largest Edo central socio- cultural organization.

The line up of the event for this year’s celebration which will be anchored by ace broadcaster Becky Madojemu include lectures on Esan history, acrobatics display, cultural carnival, arts exhibition, beauty contest, fashion parade, singing and dancing competition,  awards presentation, leadership summit to mention but a few.

Expected at the event are past and present political office holders, traditional rulers, business tycoons, music/movie stars, academicians and other dignitaries from Esan Land.
