FC Nantes is in discussions with Moses Simon to extend his contract beyond 2024 when his initial deal will run out.
The Super Eagles winger, 27, transferred to the French Ligue 1 outfit in 2020 after a successful loan spell from La Liga side UD Levante.
He has scored 24 goals and provided 23 assists in 109 appearances for ‘The Canaries’.
Last season, he helped the club win the Coupe de France.
According to Tribune Nantias, Nantes has commenced talks with the representatives of the player.
This year Moses Simon was a subject of transfer speculations after a decent showing at the AFCON in Cameroon.
It was even reported that he has agreed personal terms with another Ligue 1 club OGC Nice, but eventually a move was not agreed because the Southern France club failed to meet the player’s valuation by Nantes.
