National Coordinator, Next-level Consolidation Forum, Oladosu Oladipo, has charged members of All Progressives Congress (APC) across the country to be more committed in the nationwide campaign towards the election of the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.
Oladipo made the call when he, along with the South West leadership of the Next-Level Consolidation Forum (NLCF), visited the presidential campaign council and met with James Faleke, the secretary, Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, at the presidential campaign office in Abuja.
According to him, the NLCF is involved and committed to ensuring the project of Tinubu’s presidency succeeds, adding that collectively, enthroning of Tinubu/Shettima government in 2023 will bring about Next-Level prosperity deliverables for Nigeria and all Nigerians regardless of creed, tribe or tongue.
Oladipo further analysed the dichotomy between involvement and commitment, stating: “Taking steps to be involved politically means you want to move the society to the next level of democracy deliverables and glorious position of prosperity and more abundance for Nigeria and all Nigerians regardless of creed, tribe, or tongue in the atmosphere of peace equity and justice.
“By doing so, the greatest good for the people in the society shall be achieved either in the short-run or in the long-run. But the totality of the people that elect to be involved may not be those who are seen to be committed. Commitment in politics is the highest degree of involvement.
“Those in this category will be willing, ready and able to do all necessary sacrifices and surrender all their time, talent and treasure to elect Tinubu as president and his running mate, Kashim Shettima as the vice president on February 25, 2023, presidential election and claim victory.”
Speaking further, he assured that “come rain, come sunshine volunteers will be on the move from door-to-door, canvassing votes for Tinubu-Shettima APC presidential election success.”
